AI Santa isn't new or unique — several companies offer it, including us. What differs is how natural the conversation is, how well Santa uses what you told him, and how carefully the service handles children.
What happens in a live AI Santa call
In our calls, a parent fills in a short form: the child's first name, age, town, language and two or three "secrets." When the call starts, Santa greets the child by name and talks with them — about the reindeer, their wish list, the secret about the cat — and answers whatever they ask. If the child goes quiet, Santa asks something easy. The call ends warmly on time, and the parent keeps a recording.

Questions to ask before your child talks to any AI Santa
- What does it know about my child, and where does that come from? It should only know what you typed in.
- Does it ask children for personal information? It shouldn't — no addresses, schools or phone numbers.
- What topics will it avoid? Look for clear child-safety rules: no scary content, no promises about specific presents.
- Is the conversation stored? Know whether there's a recording and who can see it.
- Does the company say it's AI? You should never have to guess.

Will my child know it's AI?
